MAPEI UNE138002: A Helpful App for Ceramic Tile Installation
MAPEI, an international chemical company specializing in construction materials and solutions, has developed an app to assist with the prescription and recommendation of adhesives for ceramic tile installation.
If you work in construction as a designer, distributor, or tile installer, this app will be useful to you and guide you in the parameters for proper ceramic tile installation according to the new UNE:2017 standard.
Through a simple interface where you select parameters such as the type of project, usage, substrate, tile type, tile dimensions, and grout width, the app will recommend the appropriate adhesives and grouts for your project, as well as the necessary quantities.
You can obtain and share this app's recommendation in an Excel file in multiple formats (Presto-ACAE, Arquímedes-CYPE, or TCQ-ITeC) to facilitate its use. It also provides links to the technical data sheets of MAPEI products.
For distributors and installers, it allows exporting to Excel templates that can be used as estimates for their end customers.
